Print and complete the
order form. Please make sure you complete all relevant
fields with the correct details filled out.
Please be sure to include money for postage
and handling. We will contact you if any fields,
including price, are invalid and ordering
will pause until everything is corrected. |

Check form is filled out correctly, checking
all product codes and prices, including postage
and handling. |

Send form with cash or money order (payable
to Witness Wear) |
| 5. |
Wait for your order to arrive within 3-7 working
days. |

| Delivery

• | Items will be delivered within 3 – 7 working days. There is no refund or exchange made, after 24 hours of the order being received, unless item is faulty or not as described. |
